Use this article if Anzio is frozen, you are locked on an order, you cannot get back in after your connection dropped, or Anzio keeps logging you out.

Anzio keeps logging me out or my typing does nothing

  1. Check that Num Lock is on. In a recent case, Num Lock being off caused Anzio to appear to log out.
  2. Close Anzio completely and open it again.

I am stuck or locked in a session

This usually happens after your internet or Wi-Fi drops, or Anzio is closed while you are in the middle of an order. Your old session is still open on the server, which blocks you from getting back in or from working on that order.

  1. Wait one or two minutes, then close Anzio and open it again.
  2. If you still cannot get in, or the order still shows as locked, ask IT to end your open session. Include:
    • Your Anzio user ID.
    • The order number you were working on, if any.
    • What happened just before it froze (for example, "the internet went down").

IT will try to reach you before ending a session, so keep your phone or email handy. After IT confirms the session is ended, open Anzio and sign in again.

I cannot connect to Anzio at all

Check whether coworkers at your location can connect. If nobody can, report it as an outage and say so in your ticket. If only you cannot, include any error message you see.

I forgot my Anzio password or need a new Anzio login

Open a ticket. New Anzio logins are usually requested by your manager. Do not include passwords in your ticket or email.

An order screen shows an error and will not let you continue

Take a screenshot of the error and include it with the order number in your ticket. These are usually data issues that IT routes to the right team.
